摘　　要：建立了超高效液相色谱-四极杆-飞行时间质谱仪(UPLC-Q-TOF/MS)检测茶树提取物,并根据目标化合物特征离子的精确质量数、二级碎片等信息利用Unify 1.8软件非靶向快速筛查其中未知组分的方法.从数据导入、分析方法建立、创建分析三步来阐述Unify 1.8软件在天然产物非靶向筛查中的应用,该方法无需标准品即可快速筛样品组分,快速、准确、分析通量高,为天然产物中未知组分的快速筛查和质量控制提供重要的方法依据,也为后续使用者提供明确的方法指导.Ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole-time-of-flight mass spectrometry (UPLC-Q-TOF/MS ) was established to detect the tea tree extracts. Unify 1.8 software was used to screen the unknown component rapidly according to the precise mass and fragments of characteristic ions of target compounds. The application of Unify 1.8 software in non-targeted screening of natural products was described according to the streamlined steps of data import, analysis method creation and analysis. This method can quickly screen sample components without standard products, which is fast, accurate and high in throughput. Therefore, it provides an important method for rapid screening and quality control of unknown components in natural products, and also paves a way for later person.
