摘  要:以长沙地区几个典型河流作为研究对象,分析了其不同季节下的污染物(特别是新兴污染物)浓度分布水平,并以长沙地区检测出的主要新兴污染物三氯卡班为代表,研究了三氯卡班长期暴露对硝化反硝化菌的影响.结果表明3个水域水体中均有不同种类的有机污染物检测出,其中三氯卡班、邻苯二甲酯和环戊硅氧烷是检出率比较高的三类物质,平均含量高于5μg/L;三氯卡班对水体自净生物过程有不利影响,降低了水体对氮的去除效率.The concentration distribution of pollutants (especially emerging pollutants ) in different seasons was analyzed, and Ticlocarban was chosen to study its effect on nitrification and denitrification. The results showed that many organic pollutants were detected in the river, and the distribution of these pollutants was closely in connection with surrounding environment. Ticlocarban (TCC ), benzoic acid and cyclopentyloxane were the three highest detection substances with average content>5 μg/L. TCC had adverse effects on the biological process in SBR systems, and reduced the removal efficiency of nitrogen in the system.
