摘  要:作为医学院校中开设的一门基础实验课程,有机化学实验是将理论和实践操作紧密结合在一起的学科.简洁、高效的实验教学模式可以提高学生的实验技能,培养学生发现问题意识和提升其解决问题的能力.以《柱层析分离有机化合物》实验为例,在实验过程中引入了基于"雨课堂"教学平台的线上教学模式,并与线下传统教学方法进行了对比,还通过调查问卷对这种新型教学模式进行了数据分析.As a basic experimental course offered in medical colleges, Organic Chemistry Experiment is a discipline that combines theory and practice. The simple and efficient experimental teaching mode can improve students experimental skills and cultivate students ability to discover problems and improve their ability to solve problems. The experiment of Separation of Organic Compounds by Column Chromatography was taken as an example. In the course of the experiment, an online teaching mode based on the “rain classroom” teaching platform was introduced and compared with the traditional teaching methods under the line. The data analysis of this new teaching mode was also carried out through questionnaires.
