撬装式淤泥椭叠脱水系统在黑臭河底泥处理中的应用

摘　　要：针对黑臭河底泥的性质及现有脱水机械设备的不足,将撬装式椭叠脱水系统应用于黑臭河底泥脱水。对撬装式淤泥椭叠脱水系统的结构组成、工艺流程及原理进行介绍,并实施了典型黑臭河道底泥脱水的应用性试验,进行部分设备控制参数的优化,其优化后参数为:絮凝剂投加量为1.84 g/kg,压板压力为0.4 MPa,絮凝搅拌速率为60 r/min。参数优化后的撬装式淤泥椭叠脱水系统工作稳定,出泥量(湿重)为45~48 kg/h,尾水含固率为1.1%~1.3%,泥饼含水率为50%~53%。A skid-mounted elliptic-discs dewatering system was applied to the dewatering of sediments from black-odor rivers.This system was set up focused on characteristics of the sediments and improved shortcomings of the existing sediment dewatering equipments.This paper introduced the structural composition,technological process and working principle of this system.Moreover,the running parameters of the system were also optimized according to the analysis of the data obtained from experimenting with the system.The flocculant dosage,pressure of clamp and string speed were 1.84 g/kg,0.48 MPa,60 r/min,respectively.After optimization,the system worked stable,and achieved good performance with the sediments yields,solid content of tail water and filter cake moisture of 45~48 kg/h,1.1%~1.3%and 50%~53%,respectively.
