基于制造成熟度提升的装备新产品试制过程控制

摘　　要：军工单位的质量管理体系在根据GJB 9001C-2017 《质量管理体系要求》的“8.3.7新产品试制”要求,细化试制环节的过程控制时,不仅应该围绕标准规定的4项要求识别需要展开的工作项目,还应该就不同的子阶段对制造环节提出循序渐进的技术和管理要求。从项目管理和质量管理体系2个方面提出的解决方案是:研制型号以提升制造成熟度作为主要目标之一,将其纳入整个项目设计系统的工作安排;在各参研单位质量管理体系中,规定适应子阶段特点的工作项目和循序渐进的技术和管理要求,引导型号试制工艺按阶段趋于成熟,形成主导批量生产的能力。An organization engaged in equipment development and fabrication usually selects the controlling activities of the trial manufacturing process according to section 8.3.7 of GJB 9001C,identifying those items relevant to the four regulated objects. It is indicated that the progressive requirements for technology and management relating to the trial manufacture should also be established for each of the sub-periods of the development. A solution is proposed by means of both project management and quality management system:it is planned for one of the main aims of a development project that the manufacturing readiness is promoted synchronously with the product design;the quality management system of each organization converts the four objects regulated by GJB 9001C to those progressive requirements in detail,more and more comprehensively along with the sub-periods. By this mode,the fabrication processing approaches to maturity step by step,forming the capability of guiding mass production. The operational maturity of the quality management system is,on the other hand,promoted for the trial manufacturing process.
