摘  要:伺服作动器活塞杆装配松紧程度影响产品可靠性。针对活塞杆装配过程质量薄弱环节开展研究工作,通过改进活塞杆压装方式和控制减磨圈厚度的方法,实施改进方案,以数据分析为基础,按照PDCA流程开展工作,利用六西格玛方法中的Minitab软件对试验结果进行分析,证明改进方案有效,可确保压装过程质量受控,实现产品质量提升。The assembly tightness of servo actuator piston truss affects the reliability of products.Aiming at the quality weakness in the assembly process of piston truss, the research work is carried out,and the improvement scheme is implemented by improving the pressure mounting method of piston rod and controlling the thickness of friction reducing ring, which is based on the numerical analysis and the work process is according to PDCA. The test results are analyzed by using the Minitab software of Six Sigma method, which proves that the improved scheme is effective and ensures the pressing process quality is controlled to improve product quality.
