摘 要:以航天器系统工程体系和现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)产品保证技术要素为牵引,以提高FPGA研制风险管控能力为目标,提出了FPGA产品保证技术要素与航天器FPGA研制流程有效融合的总体思路,并从体系建设和实践推广2个方面给出了提升管理效能的具体措施和建议,对FPGA产品保证技术要素的实施进行了强化管理,确保FPGA产品保证工作技术与管理并重。Taking the system of Spacecraft systems engineering and FPGA product assurance technological factors as the traction,aiming at improving the risk management and control capability of FPGA,this paper puts forward a general idea to effectively integrate FPGA product assurance technological factors and the spacecraft FPGA development process. Specific measures and suggestions for improving the management efficiency are given in this paper in terms of the requirements of construction and promotion. The implementation of software product assurance technological factors have been strengthened thus the balance between FPGA product assurance technology and management is guaranteed.
