摘 要:针对商业园区电力负荷峰谷差大的缺点,引入电池储能系统进行削峰填谷,建立了以削峰填谷效果最优以及储能系统投资方收益最大为目标的优化函数,提出基于实时电价的储能系统变功率优化策略,通过粒子群优化算法实现储能系统的优化实时出力。研究结果表明:优化储能系统的实时出力能够有效地削峰填谷,提高投资方收益。实例验证了本文方法的有效性。In view of the peak-to-valley fluctuation in power load of commercial parks,the battery energy storage system is introduced for peak load shifting,and an optimization function is formulated to optimize the peak load shifting effect and the maximum return of the energy storage system.Variable power peak load shifting strategy through storage battery system based on real-time electricity price is proposed and the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to optimize the real-time output of the energy storage system.The research results show that the real-time output of the optimized energy storage system can effectively cut the peaks and fill the valley and improve the return of investors.The example verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.
