摘　　要：针对北京有组织的夜景照明建设以来,“十一五”“十二五”“十三五”三个时期北京城市照明专项规划及建设情况进行了回顾与展望。总结梳理了各时期社会背景及需求下,照明规划的建设目标、工作方向及建设成就,系统地阐述了三个五年规划时期北京城市照明专项规划的贯彻与传承,科学规范、合理有序地为北京传统与现代空间的夜景观、夜生活以及京城文化经营制定策略。This article is a review and prospect of the special planning and construction of Beijing’s urban lighting in the “11 th Five-Year Plan”,“12 th Five-Year Plan” and “13 th Five-Year Plan” periods since Beijing’s organized nightscape lighting construction. This paper summarizes and sorts out the construction objectives, work directions and construction achievements of lighting planning under the social background and needs of various periods. This paper systematically expounds the implementation and inheritance of Beijing’s special urban lighting planning in the three five-year planning periods. Scientifically standardize, rationally and orderly formulate strategies for the night landscape, nightlife and cultural management of Beijing’s traditional and modern space.
