摘 要:目的:探讨围生期快速反应团队能力评价指标的构建方法。方法:在文献回顾的基础上,基于专家访谈结果,采用德尔菲法构建围生期快速反应团队能力评价指标。结果:共进行3轮函询,专家积极系数分别为95%、100%、100%,专家个人权威系数范围为0.850~1.000,专家组权威系数为0.921,一级指标的专家协调范围为0.112~0.357(P<0.01),二级指标的专家协调系数范围为0.080~0.470(P<0.01)。最终围生期快速反应团队评价指标共建立包括团队领导、监督、支持等在内的5项一级指标以及30项二级指标,并确立了各指标的权重系数。结论:围生期快速反应团队评价指标具有全面性、科学性,可为我国围生期快速反应团队的建设与评估提供参考。Objective:To explore the construction method of perinatal rapid response team capability evaluation index.Methods:Based on literature review and expert interview results,delphi method was used to construct perinatal rapid response team capability evaluation index.Results:After three rounds of consultation,the active coefficient of experts was 95%,100% and 100%,the personal authoritative coefficient of experts ranged from 0.850 to 1.000,the authoritative coefficient of experts is 0.921,the expert coordination coefficient of primary indicators ranged from 0.112 to 0.357(P<0.01),and the expert coordination coefficient of secondary indicators ranged from 0.080 to 0.470(P<0.01).Finally,5 first-level indicators and 30 second-level indicators including team leadership,supervision and support were established for the evaluation indicators of perinatal rapid response team,and the weight coefficients of each indicator were established.Conclusion:The evaluation index of perinatal rapid response team is comprehensive and scientific,which can provide reference for the construction and evaluation of perinatal rapid response team in China.
