摘 要:针对新丰江水库供水调度存在的问题和供水需求,提出基于洪水分期蓄水,预留库容的调度方法。在满足防洪要求的前提下,兼顾防洪和供水。水库以2013年调度为实例,调度结果表明:策略正确,效果明显。全年水库沿上调度线运行,提高了供水和防洪效益。Targeting the problem of water supply dispatching chart and the water supply demand of Xinfengjiang reservoir. A dispatching method to reserve capacity for stage storage according to flood process is suggested. Both flood control and water supply are taken into account to meeting flood control requirements. In case of reservoir regulating in 2013, the result showed that the correct strategy had obvious effect. The reservoir regulated along the upper dispatching line throughout the year. So that both water supply and foood control benefits are improved. This method can be used to guide the operation of reservoir regulation in the conflict between flood control and water supply.
