摘  要:提出了基于CATIA的三梁岔管三维几何模型参数化设计,并将建立的三维几何模型导入HYPERMESH建立三维有限元模型,同时导出三维有限元计算文件,在ANSYS中进行三维有限元计算的方法。最后运用该方法对某电站小机岔管进行了设计与分析,验证了该方法的可行性。虽然参数化建模研究对象为对称Y形翼缘三梁岔管,但功能上可以实现各种形式三梁岔管的三维建模,提高了三梁岔管的设计优化效率。This paper introduced a 3D parametric design method of three-girders reinforced bifurcation in hydropower station by CATIA software. The three-dimensional geometric model is imported into HYPERMESH software to establish three-dimensional finite element model. At the same time, the three-dimensional finite element calculation model is exported and three-dimensional finite element calculation is carried out in ANSYS software. Finally, the method is used to design and analyze the minipower bifurcation pipe of a hydropower station, and the feasibility of the method is verified. Although the research object of parametric modeling in this paper is symmetrical Y-shaped flange three-girders reinforced bifurcation, it can establish three-dimensional modeling of various types of three-girders bifurcation in function, which improves the design optimization efficiency of three-girders bifurcation.
