摘　　要：以点接触主轮为研究对象,通过理论计算和有限元分析方法,计算水工钢闸门点接触主轮与轨道的接触应力与接触区域大小,对比同一计算模型的Hertz接触公式、德国标准DIN19704、我国现行标准NB35055以及有限元分析的计算结果,提出了关于点接触主轮接触应力计算公式选择的建议,并就点接触主轮的设计提出相关建议。This paper studied the contact stress of the point contact roller, the value of contact stress and contact area size of point contact roller between roller track is calculated by theoretical calculation and finite element analysis. By comparing the calculation results of Hertz contact formula, DIN 19704, nb35055 and finite element analysis under the same calculation model, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the choice of contact stress calculation formula of point contact roller, and puts forward some suggestions on the design of point contact roller.
