摘 要:针对短馈线继电保护配合和中性点非有效接地配电网单相接地故障处理问题,分别提出了一种一次设备与二次设备协同配合的解决方案。采取在故障率较高的分支断路器处配置限流电抗器的方法,实现分支线故障快速切除而不影响馈线其他部分正常供电。采用故障相接地实现及时可靠熄弧,并利用故障相接地前后和故障相接地断开前后系统零序电压和各处零序电流的变化规律,实现单相接地选线、定位和选段跳闸。论述了所提出解决方案的工作原理,详细分析了关键技术问题。基于所提出原理研制出的产品都经过测试验证了其可行性。To solve the problems of relay protection for short feeders and single phase to ground fault processing for neutral non-effectively grounded systems, two novel approaches based on coordination of primary equipments and secondary devices are put forward. A reactor is managed in series with the branch circuit breaker, with the help of which, the relay protection on branch switches are cooperated with the relay protection in the substation. The methodology of fault phase grounding is introduced to extinct the arc rapidly. Based on the variation of zero-sequence-voltage and zero-sequence-current before and after fault phase grounding, the grounding feeder is identified and the position of grounding is located. The sectionalizing switch adjacent with the fault may be also tripped to isolate the fault position. The principle of the innovations is described. The critical technologies are discussed in detail. Devices based on the proposed approaches are developed, the test results of which show their feasibility.
