摘 要:以高铬型钒钛磁铁矿和普矿为原料,通过烧结杯试验考察了普矿配比对高铬型钒钛磁铁矿烧结矿性能的影响.研究表明:随着普矿配比从0提高到60%,烧结矿粒径<5mm的比例逐渐降低;垂直烧结速度、成品率、转鼓强度和烧结杯利用系数均呈现上升的趋势;随着普矿配比的增加,赤铁矿含量升高,磁铁矿含量降低,烧结矿中钙钛矿含量减少,硅酸钙含量增加.With the high-chromium vanadium titanium magnetite(HCVTM) and ordinary ore as raw materials, the influence of the ordinary ore ratio on the sintering properties of the HCVTM was investigated by sintering cup test in this paper. The study shows that: with the ordinary ore ratio increased from 0% to 60%, the proportion of sintered ore particles, which is smaller than5mm, gradually decreased. The vertical sintering speed, yield, tumbler index and the utilization index of sinter cup all showed an upward trend. With the increase of the ordinary ore ratio, the content of hematite and calcium silicate in the sinter increased, while the content of magnetite and perovskite decreased.
