消疕丸治疗轻中度寻常型银屑病临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察消疕丸治疗轻中度寻常型银屑病的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将寻常型银屑病患者60例随机分为2组。对照组采用消银颗粒治疗,治疗组采用消疕丸治疗。两组均治疗4周。结果:治疗组临床总有效率为90.00%,对照组临床总有效率为66.67%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后银屑病面积和严重程度指数(Psoriasis Areaand Severity Index,PASI)评分、白介素-8(Interleukin-8,IL-8)及肿瘤坏死因子(Tumor Necrosis Factor,TNF-α)较治疗前均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:消疕丸治疗轻中度寻常型银屑病疗效确切,且用药安全,无明显不良反应。Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of the Xiaobi pill (消疕丸) on mild and moderate psoriasis vulgaris. Methods: 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with the Xiaoyin granules and the treatment group was treated with the Xiaobi pill. Results: The total efficiency was 90.00% in the treatment group and 66.67% in the control group. The effect in the treatment group was better than the control group (P<0.05). The PASI scores, IL-8 and TNF-α levels in the two groups were lower than before treatment (P<0.05), and those in the treatment group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: The Xiaobi pill is effective on mild and moderate psoriasis vulgaris, with safety and no obvious adverse reactions.
