诱导性咳嗽反射联合传统方法治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨诱导性咳嗽反射联合传统方法治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的疗效。方法:收集2016年1月1日-2017年12月31日在我院康复科因脑卒中后伴吞咽障碍的符合纳排标准的患者共66例。其中33例给予传统的康复治疗手法及电刺激列为对照组,另33例在康复治疗手法及电刺激的基础上给予诱导性咳嗽反射列为观察组,两组患者并分别在入院时、2周、4周给予吞咽康复评估,观察截止时间为患者进行吞咽康复训练第4周时。结果:在治疗第4周后,观察组与对照组相比,吞咽障碍的严重程度β值降低了30%,95%CI(-1.0,0.4)。结论:在传统疗法的基础上联合诱导咳嗽反射,有助于吞咽功能改善。Objective: To investigate the efficacy of induced cough reflex plus conventional therapy on dysphagia after stroke. Methods: 66 patients met the inclusion criteria of dysphagia after stroke. 33 cases were given the conventional rehabilitation therapy and electrical stimulation as the control group;and the other 33 cases were given induced cough reflex more as the observation group. Results: In 4 weeks after treatment, the severity of dysphagia was reduced by 30% in the observation group than the control group, 95% CI (-1.0--0.4). Conclusion: Conventional therapy plus induction of cough reflex can improve the recovery of swallowing function in patients with dysphagia after stroke.
