自拟消咳宁嗽汤治疗感染后咳嗽临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探析自拟消咳宁嗽汤治疗感染后咳嗽(Post Infectious Cough,PIC)的临床效果。方法:选取2015年5月-2018年5月医院诊治的106例感染后咳嗽患者,随机分成治疗组56例和对照组50例,治疗组给予消咳宁嗽汤口服治疗;对照组给予口服喷托维林片、扑尔敏片治疗,对比分析两组临床疗效与两组治疗前后咳嗽症状评分改善的情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为92.86%,对照总有效率为72.00%,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=0.008,P<0.05)。而两组治疗前后组内咳嗽症状积分均具有显著改变(P<0.01),但组间咳嗽症状积分变化情况,治疗组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组血清白细胞介素-6(Interleukin,IL-6)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而治疗后两组IL-6水平均较治疗前间明显下降,但治疗组更明显,两组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P=0.01)。结论:自拟消咳宁嗽汤治疗感染后咳嗽具有明显临床疗效。Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of the Xiaoke Ningsou decoction (消咳宁嗽汤) on postinfection cough. Methods: From May 2015 to May 2018, 106 patients with post-infection cough were randomly divided into the treatment group (56 cases) and the control group (50 cases). The control group was treated with oral pentovirin tablet and chlorpheniramine tablet;and the treatment group was given the Xiaoke Ningsou decoction. The clinical efficacy in the two groups and the improvement of cough symptom score before and after treatment were compared and analyzed. Results: The total efficiency in the treatment group was 92.86%, significantly higher than 72.00% in the control group (χ2=0.008, P<0.05). The scores of cough symptoms in the two groups were significantly changed before and after treatment (P<0.01), but the change of cough symptom scores in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in serum IL-6 level between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05), while IL-6 level in the two groups after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment, but it was more significant in the treatment group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P=0.01). Conclusion: The Xiaoke Ningsou decoction has an obvious clinical effect on post-infection cough.
