中药内外合用应用于寻常型痤疮临床治疗中疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药内外合用在寻常型痤疮中的应用价值。方法:以2016年3月-2018年2月本科接诊的寻常型痤疮病患100例为研究对象,将之按照电脑随机双盲法分成研究和对照两组(各50例)。研究组采取加味枇杷清肺饮联合中药白果75%酒精提取物外涂疗法,对照组采取清热暗疮片联合四环素疗法。分析两组的治疗效果,并对各组的皮损积分和不良反应发生率等指标作出比较。结果:研究组的临床总有效率为96.0%,比对照组的70.0%高,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。研究组的不良反应发生率为2.0%,比对照组的14.0%低,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后的皮损积分为(6.31±2.24)分、停药1个月后的皮损积分为(7.21±3.94)分,优于对照组的(9.46±3.89)分、(10.56±4.37)分,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。研究组对痤疮治疗效果的满意度为96.0%,比对照组的82.0%高,组间差异显著(P<0.05)结论:积极采取中药内外合用疗法对寻常型痤疮病患进行施治,可显著提升疗效,促进病情恢复,改善皮损症状,减少不良反应发生风险,提高预后效果和患者满意度,建议在临床上进行推广和使用。Objective: To explore the efficacy of internal and external TCM medicine on acne vulgaris. Methods: 100 patients with acne vulgaris were randomly divided into two groups. The research group treated with Pipa Qingfei Yin (枇杷清肺饮) plus Baiguo (白果) extract for external application, and the control group were given the Qingre Anchuang tablets (清热暗疮片) plus tetracycline therapy. Results: The total clinical efficiency in the study group was 96.0%, which was higher than 70.0% in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 2.0%, which was lower than 14.0% in the control group (P<0.05). The skin lesion score after treatment and after one month of withdrawal in the study group were better than the control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction in the study group was 96.0%, which was higher than 82.0% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Internal and external TCM medicine can significantly improve the efficacy on acne vulgaris, promote the recovery of the disease, improve the symptoms of skin lesions, reduce adverse reactions, improve the prognosis and satisfaction. It is recommended to be promoted and used clinically.
