瓜蒌薤白半夏汤治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病心绞痛患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨瓜蒌薤白半夏汤治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病心绞痛患者的临床疗效。方法:资料选取菏泽牡丹人民医院心内科病区2017年8月-2018年8月收治的冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病心绞痛患者62例,按照不同治疗方法分为研究组(瓜蒌薤白半夏汤联合西药治疗,31例)和对照组(辛伐他汀片治疗,31例),观察两组治疗后的临床疗效情况。结果:治疗后,研究组患者发生心绞痛发作次数为(3.02±1.21)次少于对照组的(13.21±1.06)次(P<0.05),且ST段和T波段与对照组相比恢复明显(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组临床总有效率为96.77%(30/31)显著高于对照组的54.84%(17/31)(P<0.05)。结论:在西药治疗的基础上,予以瓜蒌薤白半夏汤治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病心绞痛的临床效果显著。Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction (瓜蒌薤白半夏汤)in the treatment of patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease and angina pectoris. Methods: A total of 62 patients with coronary atherosclerotic angina pectoris admitted to the Department of Cardiology, Heze Peony People's Hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were enrolled. The patients were divided into the study group and the control group according to different treatment methods, who received Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction combined with western medicine treatment,(31 cases) and simvastatin tablets treatment respectively (31 cases), the clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment was observed. Results: After treatment, the number of angina attacks in the study group was (3.02±1.21) times, which was less than that in the control group,(13.21±1.06) times (P < 0.05), and the ST segment and the T band recovered significantly compared with that of the control group (P < 0.05);After treatment, the total effective rate of the study group was 96.77%(30/31), which was significantly higher than that of the control group (54.84%(17/31)(P < 0.05). Conclusion: On the basis of western medicine treatment, the clinical effect of Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction is significant in treating coronary atherosclerotic heart disease with angina pectoris.
