中药熏洗联合康复护理对中风偏瘫肩-手综合征Ⅰ期的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察对比中药熏洗联合康复护理对中风偏瘫肩-手综合征Ⅰ期的疗效。方法:2018年4月-2019年7月至我院就诊的100例中风偏瘫肩-手综合征Ⅰ期患者进行观察对照,将患者随机分为两组。对照组采用常规康复护理进行治疗,研究组在此基础上联合中药熏洗进行治疗,观察对比两组患者康复治疗后的效果及患者对康复治疗的满意度。结果:研究组患者康复治疗后的效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05),研究组患者对治疗的满意度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏洗联合康复护理的方法对治疗中风偏瘫肩-手综合征Ⅰ期的患者具有显著的效果,能够有效改善患者手部色泽改变、肿胀及手部肩部的疼痛性运动障碍等症状,应当在以后的临床治疗中广泛应用。Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with rehabilitation nursing on apoplexy hemiplegic shoulder-hand syndrome phase Ⅰ. Methods: 100 patients with apoplexy hemiplegic shoulder-hand syndrome stage I who visited our hospital from April 2018 to July 2019 were observed and controlled, and the patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with conventional rehabilitation nursing. On this basis, the research group was combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation for treatment, and the effects and satisfaction of the patients in the two groups were observed and compared. Results: The effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05), and the satisfaction of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The method of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with rehabilitation nursing had a significant effect on patients with apoplexy hemiplegic shoulderhand syndrome stage Ⅰ, and it could effectively relieve symptoms such as color change of hands, swelling and painful movement disorder of hands and shoulders, which should be widely used in future clinical treatment.
