摘　　要：目的:探讨穴位隔姜灸治疗子宫肌瘤患者的护理方法和效果。方法:选取86例于2017年1月―2018年1月在我院接受治疗的子宫肌瘤患者随机分为对照组和研究组,给予对照组患者口服宫瘤清胶囊,研究组行穴位隔姜灸治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为93.02%,明显高于对照组的79.07%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予子宫肌瘤患者穴位隔姜灸治疗具确切疗效,值得在临床当中推广应用。Objective: To explore the nursing methods and effects of acupoint ginger moxibustion in treating uterine fibroids. Methods:86 patients with uterine fibroids treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the research group. The control group was given Gongtuoqing capsules(宫瘤清胶囊)orally, and the research group was treated with acupoint ginger moxibustion, the treatment effect of the two groups of patients was compared. Results: The total effective rate of the research group was 93.02%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (79.07%). There was significant difference between the groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture moxibustion of acupoint ginger moxibustion had definite curative effect in treating uterine fibroids, which was worthy to be popularized in clinic.
