絮刺火罐疗法配合隔姜灸治疗面瘫后遗症

摘　　要：目的:观察絮刺火罐疗法配合隔姜灸治疗面瘫后遗症的临床疗效。方法:采用随机数字表法将面瘫后遗症患者60例分为两组,观察组和对照组各30例,观察组选取阳白、太阳、四白、迎香等面部穴位、健侧合谷、双侧足三里,给予七星针扣刺后拔火罐吸出血液汁沫,并施予隔姜灸;对照组予相同穴位常规针刺治疗。结果:治疗3个疗程后,观察组总有效率96.7%(29/30),明显高于对照组80.0%(24/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者治疗后HB分级较治疗前均有所改善(均P<0.01),且治疗后观察组HB分级优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),可见观察组疗效优于对照组。结论:絮刺火罐疗法配合隔姜灸治疗面瘫后遗症效果显著。Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of pricking blood and cupping therapy combined with ginger moxibustion on facial paralysis sequelae. Methods: By applying random number table method, 60 cases of facial paralysis sequelae were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group, facial acupuncture points such as Yangbai(阳白), Taiyang(太阳), Sibai (四白), Yingxiang (迎香), and Hegu (合谷) of healthy side, Zusanli (足三里) of both sides were selected, the observation group was given pricking blood with seven-star needle and cupping on facial acupoints, and then ginger moxibustion was given;the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture. Results: After 3 courses of treatment, the total efficiency of the observation group 96.7%(29/30)was significantly higher than that the control group, 80.0%(24/30),the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). HB grades after treatment of two groups were both improved compared with those before treatment (P < 0.01), and the observation group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.01), So the results showed that the curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion: Pricking cupping therapy combined with ginger moxibustion had significant effect in treating facial paralysis sequelaes .
