加味五味子汤治疗气阴两虚型心脏神经官能症70例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探析加味五味子汤治疗气阴两虚型心脏神经官能症的效果。方法:将70例气阴两虚型心脏神经官能症患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各35例,前者给予加味五味子汤治疗,后者给予琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果:通过药物治疗后,观察组和对照组患者的心悸、胸闷、胸痛、气短、失眠、焦虑等症状均得以改善(P<0.05),其中观察组患者的心悸、胸闷、气短和失眠等症状改善优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的总有效率为88.57%,明显高于对照组的74.29%,P<0.05。结论:加味五味子汤对气阴两虚型心脏神经官能症患者的治疗有较好疗效,临床症状改善明显。Objective:To investigate efficacy of the Jiawei Wuweizi decoction(加味五味子汤)on cardiac neurosis of the Qiyin Liangxu type(气阴两虚型).Methods:70 cases were divided into 2 groups,35 cases in each.One group was given the Jiawei Wuweizi decoction;and another group was given metoprolol succinate sustained release tablets.Results:After treatment,the clinical symptoms(including palpitations,chest tightness,chest pain,shortness of breath,insomnia,anxiety,etc.)were improved in both groups(P<0.05).The improvement of palpitations,chest tightness,shortness of breath and insomnia in the observation group was better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total efficiency in the observation group was 88.57%,which was significantly higher than 74.29%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Jiawei Wuweizi decoction on cardiac neurosis of the Qiyin Liangxu type shows good effects.
