丁苯酞注射液联合水蛭胶囊治疗进展性脑卒中临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察丁苯酞注射液联合水蛭胶囊治疗进展性脑卒中的临床疗效。方法:选取我院84例进展性脑卒中病人分为随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组42例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组加用丁苯酞注射液静滴。两组均以3周为1个疗程。结果:治疗组总有效率为92.8%,对照组总有效率为80.9%。治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:进展性脑卒中在常规治疗的基础上加用丁苯酞注射液治疗可明显提高临床疗效,改善神经功能缺损程度,降低血清C反应蛋白(C-ReactiveProtein,CRP)的水平。Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of butylphthalide injection plus leeches capsule on progressive stroke.Methods:84 cases were divided into the treatment group and the control group,42 cases in each.The control group was given conventional treatment;and the treatment group was given butylphthalide injection.Results:The total efficiency was 92.8%in the treatment group,higher than 80.9%in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Butylphthalide injection plus leeches capsule on progressive stroke shows good effects,can improve the degree of neurological deficit and reduce the level of serum CRP.
