津力达颗粒对2型糖尿病胰岛β细胞功能的影响探究

摘　　要：目的:探讨对2型糖尿病给予津力达颗粒治疗后胰岛β细胞功能改善情况。方法:选取2017年4-12月在我院治疗的2型糖尿病患者60例为研究对象,根据治疗措施的差异分为两组,对照组常规治疗,观察组联合津力达颗粒治疗。对比分析治疗前后代谢指标改善情况、胰岛β细胞功能情况以及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后观察组代谢指标改善情况均好于对照组,胰岛β细胞功能显著高于对照组,胰岛素抵抗指数明显降低;不良反应发生率3.3%,对照组高达20.0%,P<0.05。结论:对2型糖尿病给予津力达颗粒治疗效果显著,且胰岛β细胞功能改善情况较好,值得推广。Objective:To investigate the function of the Jinlida granule(津力达颗粒)isletβcell function of patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods:According to the difference of treatment measures,60 cases were divided into two groups.The control group received routine treatment;the observation group was treated with the Jinlida granule.The metabolic index,isletβ-cell function before and after treatment and adverse reactions were comparated and analyzed.Results:After treatment,the improvement of metabolic index in the observation group was better than the control group.The isletβcell function was significantly higher than the control group;and the insulin resistance index was significantly decreased.The incidence of adverse reactions was 3.3%,and the control group was as high as 20.0%,P<0.05.Conclusion:The inlida granule on type 2 diabetes shows a significant effect,can improve isletβ-cell function,is worthy of promotion.
