摘  要:针对中国东北某电网发生的因机组负荷高限保护持续动作引起的振荡故障,分析了故障原因,提出了一种基于广域测量系统的外特性注入模拟低频振荡扰动源的时域仿真方法,并利用PSASP仿真软件在发电机主变压器高压侧上施加周期性功率扰动,模拟振荡期间发电机的功率变化,验证了故障复现方法的有效性和电网仿真模型参数的准确性;研究分析了强迫功率振荡导致的系统安全稳定风险,提出了电网运行控制建议。Aiming at the continuous oscillations occured in Northeastern China power grid which is caused by load high limit protection, analyzes the reason, and proposes a time-domain simulation method based on the wide area measurement system to inject the external characteristics into the simulation of low-frequency oscillation disturbance source. The periodic power perturbation is applied to the main transformer of the generator to simulate the power change of the generator during the power oscillation in PSASP simulation software. The result verifies the effectiveness of the fault reappearing method and the accuracy of the simulation model parameters. The possible risks of the forced power oscillation are studied, and advice on the operation control is given.
