摘  要:内蒙古京泰发电有限责任公司空冷凝汽器凝结水回水管管道内部存在严重的水流冲击问题,造成设备周围噪声超标、管道长期轻微振动。鉴于此,研制了凝汽器凝结水回水管防冲击装置,通过加装3级整流装置,将凝结水水注打散后形成均匀流场,减小水流的冲击作用,实现降低噪声的目的。改造后的测试结果表明,凝结水回管周围的噪声下降至合格范围内,同时消除了管道振动情况,保证了机组的安全稳定运行。Serious flow impact problem in the condensate return pipe of air-cooled condenser causes excessive noise around the equipment and slight long-term vibration of pipe in Inner Mongolia Jingtai Power Generation Co.,Ltd. A return pipe anti-impact device for direct air-cooled condenser condensate water is developed to reduce the noise. By adding a three-stage rectifier, the condensate water is injected and dispersed to form a uniform flow field, which could reduce the impact of water flow. The results of technological transformation show that the noise around condensate return pipe is decreased to the qualified range, and the vibration of pipe is eliminated. The safety and stability of operation for the unit is ensured.
