摘 要:为了评价防裂基布复合式应力吸收层在高寒高海拔地区半刚性基层沥青路面中的抗反射裂缝性能,通过室内汉堡车辙仪成型复合车辙试件,采用德州罩面试验仪对设有防裂基布、橡胶沥青应力吸收层SAMI-AR的复合试件和空白试件分别模拟反射裂缝的产生与发展,试验温度为13℃和5℃,加载频率均为0.1Hz,分析不同荷载作用次数下不同防反射裂缝方案的效果。试验结果表明:相同试验条件下防裂基布复合试件达到了最大循环次数,抗裂性能良好,且防裂基布的铺设能特别有效地分担水平荷载,使其较慢地出现由基层反射裂缝而引起的开裂破坏,在低温下这种延缓开裂的作用更加显著。In order to evaluate the low-temperature anti-reflective crack performance of composite stress absorbing layer of anti-crack base cloth in semi-rigid base asphalt pavement in high altitude and cold regions,composite rutting specimens were formed by indoor Hamburg rutting tester,and composite SAMI-AR with anti-crack base cloth and rubber asphalt stress absorbing layer was tested by Dezhou cover tester.The three kinds of specimens simulate the occurrence and development of reflective cracks respectively.The test temperature is 13℃and 5℃,and the loading frequency is 0.1Hz.The effects of different anti-reflective crack schemes under different loading times are analyzed.The test results show that under the same test conditions,the composite specimens of crack-proof base cloth have reached the maximum number of cycles and good crack resistance,and the laying of crack-proof base cloth can effectively share the horizontal load and delay the cracking damage caused by reflective cracks in the base,which is more significant at low temperature.
