摘 要:与土木工程中其他组合结构类似,钢-超韧性混凝土STC(Super toughness concret)组合结构交界面通过栓钉与混凝土紧密结合,以保证二者协同受力。在实际应用中,若钢-STC界面发生脱粘损伤,将影响结构使用性能。PZT测试技术是一种简单有效的现场无损检测方法,可用于监测钢-STC界面脱粘等微小缺陷。为解决实际工程中难以准确获得钢-STC结构界面脱粘损伤情况的技术难题,在实验室设计并制作了钢-STC组合梁模型,运用压电阻抗法对试验梁负弯矩加载过程进行监测,通过分析阻抗曲线等特征参数,对加载过程中的局部界面脱粘损伤进行识别。结果表明,压电阻抗法能够较好地识别出钢-STC界面脱粘损伤。该研究成果的推广应用,对实时监测运营阶段结构力学性能的动态情况具有很重要意义。Similar to other composite structures in civil engineering,the interface of steel-STC(super toughness concret) composite structure is closely combined with concrete through studs,so as to ensure the cooperative working of them.In practical application,if the debonding damage occurs at the steel-STC interface,the structure performance will be affected.PZT testing technology is a simple and effective method of field nondestructive testing,which can be used to monitor the small defects such as the steel-STC interface debonding.In order to solve the technical problem that debonding damage of steel-STC structure interface in practical engineering is hard to accurately obtain,the steel-STC composite beam model is designed and constructed in the lab,the loading course of the experimental beam in negative moment area is monitored by piezoelectric impedance method,through the analysis of characteristic parameters such as the impedance curve,the local interface debonding damage in the loading course is identified.The results show that the piezoelectric impedance method can better identify the steel-STC interface debonding damage.The popularization and application of the research results are significant for the real-time monitoring of the dynamic situation of structure mechanical properties in the operation stage.
