摘  要:通过对不同负荷(55%VO2max、75%VO2max、85%VO2max、95%VO2max)的跑台运动后收集受试者血液和尿液进行血清肾素、血管紧张素Ⅱ、醛固酮、尿蛋白排泄量等指标的测定,探讨不同负荷运动对肾素-血管紧张素Ⅱ-醛固酮系统的影响.结果表明:随强度的增加,血管紧张素Ⅱ运动后有所升高,但只有85%VO2max组和95%VO2max组呈显著性变化(P<0.05);运动后醛固酮只在95%VO2max组呈显著性增加(P<0.05),其他3种强度增加不显著(P>0.05);而肾素只有55%VO2max组变化不显著(P>0.05),其他3种强度呈显著增加(P<0.05),尿蛋白排泄量和运动强度成正比;随着运动强度的增加肾素-血管紧张素Ⅱ-醛固酮系统应激加强,造成一定程度上运动性蛋白尿的产生,建议在日常运动锻炼中要注意运动强度的控制.Based on different intension (55%VO2max, 75%VO2max, 85%VO2max, 95%VO2max) of exercise after, collected for the participants’ blood and urine that test for serum renin, angiotensin Ⅱ, aldosterone and urinary protein, to explore the different intension movement on the renin- angiotensinⅡ-aldosterone system. The result indicated that with the increase of the intensity, angiotensin Ⅱ after exercise was increased, but only 85% VO2max and 95%VO2max group has significant difference(P<0.05);After exercise, aldosterone showed significant increase in 95%VO2max group(P<0.05), and the other three groups showed no significant increase(P>0.05).However, renin was no difference only in the 55% VO2max group(P>0.05), and the other intensities were significantly increased(P<0.05). Urine protein was on the rise with increase in exercise intensity. So with the increase of intensity, strengthening of stress for renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system, caused of a certain degree of athletic proteinuria produce, suggested that attention should be paid to exercise intensity in daily exercise.
