摘  要:传统的烧结厂配料控制方式应用在复杂原料配料系统中,难得到配比稳定的混合料,既浪费了原材料,提高了成本,又降低了最终烧结矿的品位和质量。介绍了基于计算机控制系统的烧结厂复杂原料配料系统优化设计,实现了对传统生产过程中不足之处的弥补。When traditional proportioning control method is applied in proportioning system for complex materials, it’s difficult to get mixed materials with stable proportioning ratio . In addition, it wastes materials, increases the cost, and reduces the grade and quality of final sinter ores.Computer control system based optimization design for proportioning system of sinter plant with complex raw materials is introduced, which makes up the inadequacy of traditional production process.
