摘　　要：雅矿公司为了满足冬季长距离运输,进行了过滤脱水系统的改造,改造后的主体设备陶瓷过滤机由于自身反冲洗系统设计缺陷造成设备运行故障率高。针对该问题选矿厂技术人员进行技术研究与改造,实现了陶瓷过滤机反冲洗系统有效运行,满足了生产需要,产生了良好的经济效益。To satisfy long-distance transportation in winter, Yamansu Mining Co. renovated filtering and dewatering system. The main equipment ceramic filter after renovation has a high fault rate due to design flaw of its backwash system.To solve this problem, technicians in beneficiation plant makes technical studies and renovation, which accomplishes the effective operation of backwash system of ceramic filter, meets production needs and produces good economic benefits.
