托拉塞米联合左卡尼汀治疗慢性心力衰竭急性发作的疗效

摘　　要：目的:探析对慢性心力衰竭急性发作患者予以托拉塞米、左卡尼汀联合治疗的效果。方法:70例慢性心力衰竭急性发作患者,按电脑随机数表法分成对照组(35例)和研究组(35例),对照组予以左卡尼汀,而研究组在此基础上联合托拉塞米。结果:研究组患者的总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);此外,研究组患者治疗后的心功能指标左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)的水平优于对照组,且明尼苏达心衰生活质量评分(MLWHF)、6 min步行距离检测均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用托拉塞米联合左卡尼汀治疗慢性心力衰竭急性发作患者,可改善患者的心功能指标,值得临床推广。Objective:To explore the effect of combined treatment of Tora Semide and L-carnitine in acute patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:70 patients with acute chronic heart failure were randomly divided into control group(n=35)and study group(n=35).Results:the total effective rate of the patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).In addition,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)in the study group were higher than those in the control group.Minnesota Heart failure score(MLWHF),6min was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:the treatment of acute chronic heart failure with Tora Semide combined with L-carnitine can improve the cardiac function of the patients and is worthy of clinical promotion.
