摘  要:目的:探讨分析在进行颅脑CT增强扫描中使用碘海醇注射液的安全性和耐受性。方法:医院进行颅脑CT检查的160例患者随机各抽取80例,设为研究组和对照组,使用碘海醇注射液的为研究组,直接进行CT扫描的为对照组,比较两组患者的诊断准确率、不良反应率以及研究组患者注药前后的血压、心率水平,以及满意度。结果:研究组患者的诊断准确率、满意度比对照组高(P<0.05),不良反应率与对照组没有差异(P>0.05),注药后血压、心率水平与注药前没有差异(P>0.05)。结论:在进行颅脑CT增强扫描中使用碘海醇注射液诊断准确率更高,不良反应也与不注射药物相似,说明碘海醇注射液对患者的影响较小,安全性较高,且注药前后患者的血压、心率水平变化较小,耐受性较好,患者的满意度较高,具有临床推广价值。Objective:To investigate the safety and tolerability of iodinitol injection in enhanced CT scan of brain.Methods:160 cases of our hospital for patients with craniocerebral CT examination,were randomly selected,the extraction of 80 cases to research and compare two groups,using iodine sea alcohol injection for the team,direct CT scans for the control group,compared two groups of diagnostic accuracy,adverse reaction rate and blood pressure,heart rate before and after the team patients with drug levels,as well as the degree of satisfaction.Results:the diagnostic accuracy and satisfaction of the study group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the rate of adverse reactions was not different from that of the control group(P>0.05).There was no difference in blood pressure and heart rate after injection(P>0.05).Conclusion:the use of iodine in craniocerebral CT enhanced scan the alcohol injection in the diagnosis of higher accuracy,adverse reactions and no injections are similar,also shows that sea of iodine and alcohol injection have less effect on the patients,the security is higher,and the patient's level of blood pressure,heart rate changes before and after injection drug smaller,better tolerability,the patient's satisfaction is higher,so it is of clinical application and dissemination value.
