延续性责任制护理对溃疡性结肠炎患者遵医行为的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨延续性责任制护理对溃疡性结肠炎患者遵医行为的影响。方法:将诊断为溃疡性结肠炎的83例患者,按入院先后顺序分成观察组和对照组,对照组由延续性护理小组人员在住院期间予疾病相关知识宣教和出院指导,出院后由固定2名小组成员轮月回访。观察组将患者分两组,每名责任护士负责5张床位在住院期间对观察对象实施一对一的相关知识宣教,并在出院后仍由此责任护士负责后期随访及院外的健康教育活动,比较两组患者疾病的复发率、门诊复诊率及服药依从性。结果:观察组患者疾病的复发率、门诊复诊率及服药依从性明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:出院后仍由住院期间的责任护士对其进行随访指导,能够显著提高患者遵医行为。Objective:To investigate the effects of continuously responsible nurse on the compliance with the doctor's advice of patients with ulcerative colitis.Methods:Eighty-three patients with ulcerative colitis were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the order of admission.The control group was given the disease-related knowledge mission and discharge guidance during the hospitalization period.The continuation team members returned in a month.In the observation group,patients with ulcerative colitis were divided into two groups.Each responsible nurse was responsible for 5 beds,carrying out one-to-one knowledge education for patients with ulcerative colitis during hospitalization.After discharge,the responsible nurses during hospitalization were still responsible for follow-up work and out-of-hospital health education activities,further comparing the recurrence rate,outpatient follow-up rate and medication compliance of the two groups of patients.Results:The disease recurrence rate,outpatient follow-up rate and medication compliance of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Follow-up of patients with ulcerative colitis by responsible nurses during hospitalization after discharge could significantly improve patients'compliance behavior.
