摘　　要：对冬奥会奥林匹克知识产权的概念、分类和保护方式进行了研究。研究认为:冬奥会奥林匹克知识产权必须在权利取得、权利行使、权利救济三个阶段进行全方位保护,冬奥会奥林匹克知识产权保护必须兼顾国内外实际。提出了五个保护对策:提高冬奥会奥林匹克知识产权法律阶位、建立快速有效的侵权行为纠纷解决机制、有效控制新媒体侵权行为、探索冬奥会奥林匹克知识产权短期保护与长期保护相结合模式、提高大众参与保护的热情。The paper studies the concept, category and protection methods of the Winter Olympic intellectual property rights. The Winter Olympic intellectual property rights need protection from the three aspects of right acquisition, right exertion and right rescue. The paper also proposes to enhance the legal level of the Winter Olympic intellectual property rights, establish fast and efficient resolution mechanism for infringement, effectively control the new media infringement, explore the short term and long term protection of the Winter Olympic intellectual property rights and promote the enthusiasm of the participation.
