摘 要:为填补雷达伺服系统可靠性研究的空白,查找影响雷达伺服系统可靠性的关键性因素,以雷达伺服系统随动失效模式为例开展可靠性分析。采用故障树建模分析与贝叶斯网络的结合的分析方法,首先对雷达伺服系统进行功能性分析,随后进行故障树和贝叶斯网络的可靠性模型建立,最后通过故障树顶事件的发生概率和重要度分析后得出了造成雷达伺服系统随动失败发生的概率以及造成该事件发生的关键影响因素。通过以上分析方法运用能够找出雷达伺服系统可靠性关键性因素,为提高雷达伺服系统可靠性指明了解决方向。In order to fill the gap in the reliability study of radar servo system and find the key factors affecting the reliability of radar servo system,the reliability analysis on radar servo system is carried out by making the dynamic failure mode of radar servo system as an example.Firstly,the function of radar servo system is analyzed.Then the reliability model of fault tree and Bayesian network is established.Finally,the probability of the dynamic failure of radar servo system and the relationship between the dynamic failure and the occurrence of the event are obtained through the probability and importance analysis of the top event of fault tree.Through the above analysis method,the key factors of reliability of radar servo system can be found out,and the solution direction for improving the reliability of radar servo system is pointed out.
