摘　　要：2019年8月中旬,作者于琼中县营根镇岭头村附近的人工橡胶林区斑块化的竹林内发现海南山鹧鸪种群。本研究提供了海南山鹧鸪的实体照片和生境照片,揭示了该物种在海南岛中部大面积的人工林区也有活动分布。In the mid-August 2019,Hainan Partridges(Arborophila ardens)were found in the wild bamboo thickets within the large area of rubber plantations around Lingtou village,Yinggen town,Qiongzhong county, Hainan Island,China. The photos of the partridges and their habitat were provided. The current study revealed the existence of Hainan Partridge in the large area of plantation forest in the mountain regions of the central island.
