摘 要:泵控内控式机液控制系统具有结构紧凑、无节流损失、发热量少、能效高的优势,可以满足油膜轴承的载荷施加,实现油膜轴承试验台液压加载系统的压力控制。为此,建立了泵控机液控制系统的压力控制模型,对恒压变量泵控系统进行研究,分析了影响系统动态特性的主要因素。通过MATLAB/Simulink对影响压力控制系统动态特性的主要因素进行了仿真分析。研究了不同调压弹簧刚度、控制滑阀流量增益的恒压变量泵出口压力动态特性。结果表明:增大调压弹簧刚度、减小控制滑阀流量增益可以提高系统稳定性。仿真结果验证了理论分析的正确性。The pump-controlled internal control machine hydraulic control system has the advantages of compact structure,no throttling loss,less heat output and high energy efficiency,which can satisfy the load application of the oil film bearing of rolling mill and realize the pressure control of the hydraulic loading system of the Oil-Film bearing test platform of rolling mill. In view of this situation,the pressure control model of the hydraulic control system of the pump control machine was established. It studied the constant pressure variable pump control system and analyzed the main factors affecting the dynamic characteristics of the system. MATLAB/Simulink is used to simulate and analysis the main factors that influence the dynamic characteristics of the pressure control system. It studied the dynamic characteristics of the outlet pressure of the constant pressure variable pump with different spring stiffness and of the flow gain of the control slide valve. The simulation results show that,increasing the stiffness of the pressure-regulating spring and decreasing the flow gain of the control slide valve can improve the system response stability. The simulation results verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
