摘  要:传统的能源系统难以满足不断变化的发电结构及用户用能需求,包含冷、热、电等多能流的综合能源系统(integrated energy system, IES)可以充分发挥多种能量耦合互补优势,促进系统资源的高效利用。为此提出综合考虑经济性和环保性,以系统全寿命周期成本最低及一次能源消耗最少为目标,构造IES优化配置模型。首先计及储能的全寿命周期运维,综合考虑储能系统的充放电损耗、容量衰减、荷电状态、能量存储时间、削峰填谷效率等因素,建立计及储能的全寿命周期运维的IES优化配置模型;继而通过算例对比分析所提优化方案与传统方案的优劣性及多目标函数权重的影响。结果表明,所提方法具有削峰填谷、促进分布式能源消纳、改善电能质量、提升供电可靠性的功能和加强IES资源高效利用的优势。Traditional energy systems are more and more difficult to meet demands of constantly changing power generation structures and users power consumption. The integrated energy system (IES) including multi-energy flow such as cooling, heating and power can fully utilize complementary advantages of multi-energy coupling and promote efficient use of system resources. Therefore, this paper proposes to construct an optimizing configuration model for IES which comprehensively considers economy and environment protection, and aims at the lowest full life cycle cost and the minimum primary energy consumption. It firstly considers full life cycle operation and maintenance of energy storage as well as other factors such as charging and discharging losses of the system, capacity degradation, state of charge, energy storage time, peaking and valley filling efficiency of the energy storage system. On the basis of the above factors, it establishes the optimizing configuration model for IES. Afterwards, it compares and analyzes advantages and disadvantages of the proposed optimizing scheme and traditional schemes and effect of multi-objective function weights by numerical examples. The result indicates the proposed method could cut peaks and fill valleys, promote distributed energy consumption, improve power quality and power supply reliability, and enhance advantages of high efficient utilization of IES resources.
