摘 要:电容式直流断路器在直流电网的应用前景广阔,是目前的研究热点。首先,根据电容的初始状态,将电容式直流断路器分为非预充电型和预充电型;开断电流时,这2种类型的直流断路器分别采用增大主通路阻抗的方式和电容主动放电的方式将系统电流由主通路转移到电容支路。然后,评述了几种典型的电容式直流断路器拓扑和工作原理,对不同直流断路器的快速机械开关分闸模式、运行损耗、快速重合闸能力、预充电方式、小电流开断速度和预转移能力等主要运行性能作了对比分析。最后,给出了电容式直流断路器的相关研究建议。Application of the capacitor-based DC circuit breaker in DC power grids is promising, which is current research focus. According to the initial state of the capacitor, the capacitor-based DC circuit breaker is classified into non-pre-charging and pre-charging types. During current interruption, these two typed DC circuit breakers respectively use ways of increasing impedance of the main conductor and active discharging of the capacitor to transfer system current from the main conductor to the capacitor branch. The paper also discusses topologies and working principles of several typical capacitor-based DC circuit breakers, compares and analyzes main operation performance including opening modes of the fast mechanical breaker, operation losses, fast reclosing ability, pre-charging mode and pre-activation ability of different DC circuit breakers. Finally, it proposes research suggestions for the capacitor-based DC circuit breaker.
