摘  要:在柞蚕秋季制种过程中要大量选留交尾后的雄蛾,次日再次交尾使用。本文进行了柞蚕微粒子病雄蛾再次交尾对子代孵化率的影响试验。试验表明:在柞蚕秋季制种高温条件下,当雄蛾系微粒子病蛾,再次交尾使用时会进一步加重不受精卵率。子代孵化率高于90%的比例仅为47.06%,孵化率为0和低于90%的比例高达29.41%和23.53%。During the breeding process of tussah in autumn,a large number of male moths after mating would be kept for second mating the next day.So the effect of second mating of male moth with tussah Nosema disease on the hatching rate of offspring was studied.The experiment showed under the autumn high temperature,when the male moth got nosema disease and mated for the second time,the infertility of offspring eggs was greatly affected.The hatching rate of the offspring higher than 90% was only 47.06%,while that being 0 and less than 90% were as high as 29.41% and 23.53%.
