摘　　要：介绍了涂装车间前处理电泳区域输送设备积放式悬挂输送机系统,对输送吊具在转接时的入销检测提出了3种不同的检测方法,提出了视觉拍照技术解决入销检测难题的实现方法,并对改造方案的重点、难点进行了分析探讨.The power & free conveyor system (P & F system) used in the pretreatment and electrophoresis coating area was introduced, three different detection methods for the pins of the hanger which support the job with a detection hole were put forward, the visual camera technology used to solve pin position was presented. And the key points and difficulties of the transformation scheme were analyzed and discussed.
