摘 要:研究国产和进口两种Al5Ti1B晶粒细化剂的微观组织,对比两种细化剂成分,及其对1×××铝合金的细化效果和对铝箔铸轧坯料力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:Ti、B含量较高的进口晶粒细化剂含有更多不规则颗粒状Ti Al3,更多弥散分布的Ti B2,Ti Al3颗粒大小为3μm^5μm,Ti B2颗粒细小、未发生团聚,从而能够给铝熔体提供更多的异质晶核,细化效果明显优于国产细化剂的。当进口细化剂添加量为3. 0 kg/t时,1×××铝合金铸轧坯料抗拉强度最高,铸轧坯料纵向、横向、45°方向的抗拉强度分别为106. 19 N/mm2、106. 88 N/mm2、104. 66 N/mm2。The microstructures were studied for two kinds of Al5 Ti1 B grain refiners made in China and imported. The comparison was conducted on the compositions of the two refiners,their effect on the refinement of 1 ××× aluminum alloy,and their effects on the mechanical properties of aluminum foil cast and rolled blank. The results show that the imported refiners with higher Ti and B contents contain more irregular TiAl3 particles and more dispersive TiB2 particles. TiAl3 particles are 3 to 5 microns in size,TiB2 particles are small and do not agglomerate. Thus,it can provide more heterogeneous nuclei for aluminum melt,and the refining effect is obviously better than that of domestic refiner. When the amount of imported refiner is 3. 0 kg/t,the tensile strength of 1 ××× aluminum alloy cast and rolled blank is the highest,and the tensile strength in longitudinal,transverse and 45° directions of the blanks are 106. 19 N/mm2,106. 88 N/mm2 and 104. 66 N/mm2 respectively.
