摘　　要：通过低倍组织以及显微组织分析了7A04铝合金棒材机加工零件氧化着色颜色不均现象,确定该现象并非冶金问题造成。通过分析该零件着色不均在棒材纵向上的分布规律,确定是由挤压流线不均造成的,后续通过对挤压生产工艺改进,彻底避免了该现象。The non-uniform color of oxidation coloring of machined parts of 7 A04 aluminum alloy bars was analyzed by macrostructure and microstructure observation. It’ s determined that this not caused by metallurgical problems. The distribution rule of non-uniform color in the longitudinal direction was analyzed. The result shows that the non uniform color is caused by the uneven extrusion streamline. The phenomenon was thoroughly avoided through improvement of the extrusion process.
