摘　　要：始于上世纪70年代的人民银行电子化建设,不仅推动了信息技术与央行业务的深度融合,更引领着整个银行业重视并加强科技建设,开启了我国金融业波澜壮阔的电子化、信息化历程。为回顾人民银行电子化、信息化建设,本刊记者在专访中国人民银行副行长的吴晓灵时,请她重点回顾了现代化支付系统和银行卡联网通用工程这两项具有划时代意义的项目建设。Wu Xiaoling,former Deputy Governor of the People's Bank of China,in line with the informatization course of the financial industry of China,focuses her review on the construction of the two projects of the modern payment system and the networking usage of bank card,both attaining epoch-making significanee,and the projects'great contributions to the rapid development of the national socio-economic construction and the financial industry.
