摘　　要：对位于高抗震设防烈度区,采用部分框支剪力墙结构的超限商业住宅楼进行分析,根据超限情况,提出相应的性能目标及加强措施。In this paper, the overrun commercial residential buildings with partial frame-supported shear wall structure in high intensity area are analyzed, and the corresponding performance objectives and strengthening measures are put forward according to the situation of exceeding the limit.
