摘 要:水轮发电机组顶盖/座环、蜗壳、锥管进入门等关键部位的螺栓在机组运行期间存在振动,振动可能会导致紧固作用的螺栓松动或断裂。当螺栓出现松动时,连接件之间的预应力变小、密封失效,达不到设计要求,可能会给连接设备造成严重后果。加装螺栓紧固状态在线监测系统,通过在线监测连接件之间的预应力,可以有效避免上述情况的发生。论文主要以某水电站为示例阐述了螺栓紧固状态在线监测系统安装的施工技术。Bolts in key parts such as top cover/seat ring, volute and cone tube entering door of hydro-generating unit vibrate during operation. Vibration may lead to loosening and breaking of bolts. When bolts loosen, the prestressing force between connecting parts becomes smaller and the sealing fails to meet the design requirements, which may lead to failure. Installation of on-line monitoring system for bolt fastening state can effectively avoid the above-mentioned situation by on-line monitoring the prestress between connectors. Taking a hydropower station as an example, this paper describes the construction technology of the installation of bolt fastening on-line monitoring system.
