摘 要:为了考核低温渗铝对1Cr11Ni2W2MoV钢在海洋大气环境下的腐蚀防护作用。采用自然环境试验方法,研究了低温渗铝工艺对1Cr11Ni2W2MoV钢耐蚀性能、拉伸性能的影响。结果表明:低温渗铝层对提高1Cr11Ni2W2MoV钢在海洋大气环境下的耐蚀性具有一定作用,但低温渗铝层比较薄且腐蚀产物结合力较差,对基体的保护作用有限;低温渗铝层腐蚀破坏,1Cr11Ni2W2MoV不锈钢进而发生点蚀,腐蚀引起拉伸时的有效承载面积减少是导致拉伸性能下降的主要原因。In order to evaluate the corrosion protection effect of low temperature aluminizing on 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV steel in marine atmospheric environment. The effect of low temperature aluminizing process on corrosion resistance and tensile properties of 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV stainless steel were studied by natural environment test. The results showed that low temperature aluminizing layer can improve the corrosion resistance of 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV steel in marine atmospheric environment. However, the corrosion protection on the matrix was limited due to the thin aluminizing layer and poor binding force of corrosion products. Pitting corrosion occurred on 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV stainless steel after corrosion damage of low temperature aluminized layer. The decrease of effective load-bearing area during tension caused by corrosion was the result of the decrease of tensile properties.
